ANNOTATION & REVIEW

One image.
A traceable count.

Color-coded marks connect each observation to its category. Review the image and counts together, then export both.

  1. 01

    Open a field

Open a microscopy image in PNG, JPEG, or WebP format, or explore the counting example.

  2. 02

    Identify and mark

Choose a cell category and mark its position. Flag observations for review with “Uncertain”.

  3. 03

    Export your results

COUNTING & REPORTING

From observation
to count table.

Observer-assigned categories. Select the cell type for each mark. Counts and percentages update as observations are added or removed.

A defined denominator. Each percentage is calculated from all marked cells in the current image, including those flagged “Uncertain”. The CSV records category counts, percentages, and the total marked.

Images stay on your device. Open and annotate images directly in your browser.

Export your counts and annotated image before changing images, reloading, or closing the page.
